RECAP 2024
The physical conference on September 26 – 27, 2024 in Prague addressed key challenges and aimed at bridging the communication gap between policymakers, academia, and industry.

13 November 2025 | Prague, Czech Republic
a focused gathering for urban mobility decision makers
#navigatemobility
Urban mobility is no longer a side issue. It defines how cities function day to day. Across Europe, transport agencies, city leaders, and innovators are under pressure to deliver systems that are reliable, fair, and resilient. The pace of change is fast, but so are the stakes: from climate targets to political trust, mobility choices shape every city’s future.
On 13 November 2025, Navigate Mobility brings these decision-makers together in Prague for a focused day on what truly works in practice. Across 15 sessions on funding, net-zero planning, active and shared mobility, EV infrastructure, freight, and data-driven operations, expect candid case studies, hard-earned lessons, and peer exchange designed to help you manage complexity and deliver results that last.
Though hosted in Prague, the lens is pan-European: the aim is cross-city learning and practical takeaways that travel. With a limited, senior-level audience, the format stays intimate and highly focused giving space for genuine, peer-to-peer exchange rather than broad generalities.
Because the real challenge isn’t knowing what’s possible, it’s turning it into something people can use. With cities projected to hold 70% of the world’s population by 2050 (source), the demand for smarter, cleaner, and more inclusive transport systems is urgent. This event isn’t about big visions; but more about the practical steps that make those visions stick.
