Yes, there is a limited exhibition and partner area alongside the conference. However, this is not designed as a trade show format. The event remains a focused, curated summit with around 150–200 participants, the majority of whom are senior decision-makers from cities, operators, industry, and academia. This creates strong visibility for partners in a setting that prioritises direct engagement and higher-quality lead interaction over scale.
If you work in mobility, transport, urban planning, or public policy, this conference offers an opportunity to learn from the experiences of others, discuss common challenges and discover practical ideas from across Europe.
Beyond the sessions themselves, it is also a chance to build relationships with professionals from cities, industry, operators and academia.
Navigate Mobility is organised by effistride s.r.o., a Prague-based firm with the aim of supporting better mobility through the exchange of ideas, policy, and practical experience.
It was established to create opportunities for focused discussions between public authorities, industry and academia that lead to practical outcomes. Navigate Mobility is a reflection of that approach, bringing together professionals to share experience and explore solutions that can be applied in practice.
