We’re adding a new dimension to the conference program with the confirmation of Luka Novačko as a featured speaker.

What sets Luka apart?
With 18 years in traffic engineering, Luka leads both the Department for Road Transport and the Laboratory for Planning and Modelling at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb. His experience spans 30+ projects, several with EU backing, making him a trusted authority in the field.

Here’s how Luka will contribute:

  1. Case Study: Designing Cities Around People – Luka will walk us through actionable lessons from real-world projects, focusing on what actually works in urban design.
  2. Panel Discussion: What Policy is Missing for MaaS, AVs, or Freight? – Expect Luka to move beyond theory, drawing on hands-on experience to highlight policy gaps and practical solutions.

Why should you care?
If you’re looking for perspectives grounded in implementation, Luka’s sessions will deliver. His approach is direct, evidence-based, and focused on outcomes that matter to senior leadership.
