We are inviting experienced practitioners, senior leaders, and subject-matter experts to share their perspectives at this year’s conference in Prague, Czech Republic.

The conference takes place from 8 – 9 October 2026 and the program will focus on the most pressing challenges shaping urban transportation today, including the transition to zero-emission mobility, scaling public transport capacity, advancing multimodal integration, active mobility infrastructure, and data-driven network optimization.

Sessions addressing space reallocation strategies, inclusive design for ageing and diverse populations, and the evolution of policy frameworks such as SUMPs and EU regulatory guidance are equally of interest.

If you are leading work in any of these areas and have substantive insights or outcomes to contribute, we would welcome a conversation about your participation.

To submit a speaking proposal or recommend a colleague whose expertise would add value to the program, please contact Kristyna at kristyna@navigatemobility.com or simply fill the speaking interest form in comments.
